The winner of a David Bellamy ‘Gold’ award for conservation and are delighted to be one of the hand picked and personally inspected parks listed in the Alan Rogers Guide. We have won the ‘Loo of the year’ award and are also members of the prestigious Best of British Touring Parks. In 2001/02 Calor Gas named us as a Finalist in Best Park in England. To ensure the peace is maintained on the park visitors are asked to park their cars in the car park, rather than on their pitch. |
||||
We are open all year, however arrivals from November 1 to February 28 are asked to phone before arrival so that we can ensure that the office will be manned The park is just a couple of hundred yards from the village center, which contains 2 pubs and a small supermarket. There is a regular bus route to Bristol, Which like Bath also has good park & ride facilities. Visitors may prefer to simply stay on the park enjoying the tranquillity or reading a book from the sites extensive library. |
